1. Payment Methods

PVA Codes accepts the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrencies: USDT and other major coins, including automatic USDT top-up to your personal deposit address
• Binance Pay
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard, in supported countries
• PayPal (reviewed by our team before the balance is added)
• GCash
• Google Play: in-app top-ups in our Android app

We do not accept bank transfers. Available methods can differ by country and account; the methods you can use are shown on the payment page.

2. Pricing Structure

Our pricing is per delivered code: you are charged only when a verification code actually arrives on your number. If no code arrives, the order is cancelled and nothing is taken from your balance.

• There are no plans or subscriptions.
• The price depends on the app and country and is shown before you order.
• Private rental numbers (30 days) are priced per rental and shown before you rent.

Prices may vary by service and country. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Billing Process

Our billing process works as follows:

1. You add funds to your account balance
2. When you order a virtual number, the cost is deducted from your balance
3. You can view your transaction history in your account dashboard
4. Invoices are generated automatically for each transaction

4. Account Balance

Your account balance:

• Never expires
• Can be used for any service or country
• Is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn once added (see our Refund Policy)
• Can be topped up at any time

5. Minimum Purchase

Minimum purchase requirements:

• Credit/Debit Cards: $2.00 minimum
• Other methods: the minimum is shown on the payment page for each method

6. Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in USD. If you pay in a different currency:

• Your payment processor will convert the amount to USD
• Exchange rates are determined by your payment processor
• We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations
• Any conversion fees are charged by your payment processor

7. Invoicing

Invoice details:

• Invoices are generated automatically for each transaction
• You can download invoices from your account dashboard
• Invoices include all necessary tax information
• Invoices are sent to your registered email address

8. Taxes

Tax information:

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Taxes will be added based on your location and applicable laws
• We are required to collect and remit taxes where applicable
• Tax rates are calculated automatically during checkout

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You will be notified immediately
• Your account balance will not be credited
• You can try again with a different payment method
• No charges will be made for failed transactions

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

Our policy on payment disputes:

• We work to resolve disputes amicably
• Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback
• Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension
• We provide detailed transaction records to payment processors

11. Deposit Bonus

Automatic USDT top-ups receive bonus balance on larger deposits:

• $100 or more: 5% bonus
• $250 or more: 8% bonus
• $500 or more: 11% bonus
• $1,000 or more: 12% bonus
• Resellers with high volume can contact support about custom pricing
